Soultastic AI Solutions LLC operates this website and is responsible for deciding how information submitted through it is used. This policy explains what we collect when you send a project inquiry and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the contact and project information you provide: your name, email address, company, optional website, service interest, business challenge, approximate budget, desired timeline, and optional referral source. We may also retain basic campaign or referral information included in the page link.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, respond to you, determine whether Soultastic may be a fit, schedule an introductory conversation, prepare a potential scope of work, and improve how we communicate our services. Form consent covers responding to your inquiry; it does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Where information is processed

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, operated by OpenAI, and inquiry records are stored using the Site’s hosted database. A transactional email provider may process a copy of an inquiry to notify Soultastic. If you choose to schedule a call, Google will process the booking information under its own terms and privacy policy. ChatGPT Sites does not currently provide data or inference residency.

Retention and sharing

Unconverted inquiries are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active business conversation, legal obligation, or dispute. Information is shared only with providers needed to host the site, deliver inquiry notifications, or schedule a requested call, and when disclosure is required by law. Soultastic does not sell inquiry information.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the inquiry information Soultastic holds about you. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. You may also decline to submit the form and contact Soultastic at greetings@soultasticai.solutions.

Security and sensitive information

Reasonable measures are used to protect inquiry records, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, protected health information, or other sensitive data through the form.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the website’s practices or providers change. Questions, privacy requests, or deletion requests can be sent to greetings@soultasticai.solutions or through the project inquiry form.
